Yes. We guarantee every item we sell in best condition. But we highly recommend buyer add the insurance when purchasing, we do not respond for any lost if insurance do not add (if delivery item is broken or lost). Once buyer adds the insurance, buyer can return item for exchange for free if item is broken or lost in delivery, but buyer needs to pay the return shipping. And the insurance only cover the item during the delivery.

Always contact the factory first to verify that the given guarantee or warranty after 30 days from the original order date. We do not responsible for any shipping fee. handling fee or any fee from the third party.Product specification may update from factory, buy we guarantee that item could provide same or better function.

What are my shipping options
we offers regular air mail post shipping methods for free. (for some item upgrade to registered airmail and insurance is compulsory)  For larger or urgent orders, customers are welcome to choose EMS Express for faster delivery of products for a nominal upgrade fee to cover cost. For the EMS upgrade option and fee information you may contact us directly.

We automatically upgrade larger orders to EMS Express or Parcel mail for faster delivery, it depend on the order value, size, and weight.

For countries not served by EMS, DHL or Fedex will be used instead. In general DHL and Fedex  costs more than EMS so there may be additional express shipment charges. In those scenarios you will be contacted by a Customer Service agent about the charge.

Because sends products from Hong Kong (a free port), there is no sales tax or duties imposed by the Hong Kong government. Customers do not have to pay any sales tax or export duties when they purchase from .

we offers free shipping for regular air mail so you pay nothing on shipping at all. We do not offer free registered air mail cost, so it may charge per item, EMS, Fedex, or any upgrades shipping. For larger orders we may consider upgrade item to registered air mail or parcel for free.

How insurance work
For any broken or lost items during delivery, we offer free exchange item and free reshipping cost (we will not charge any handling fee) once the buyer added the insurance when purchasing. After OrderHow long should I wait
Normally We will ship our product when your payment is confirmed within 2 business days, if your order is out of stock, in most case we can ship out your order in next Friday. We do air mail which takes 7-14 business day to deliver to most main city in the world (normally 5-8 days can be arrived) .

What information do you need for a Shipping Address

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order
You can change your shipping address before your order processing enter your PayPal's e-mail address and your order ID. Address and recipients can be changed when the order status is Accept, Pending and Waiting for Supplier. When it is showing 'Processing', please contact us as soon as possible to change your address. We will do our best to have your delivery details changed. Note that in some circumstances the package may be already left our warehouse before your request is processed and thus address cannot be changed.

Non-Deliverable shipments or Address Corrections
Due to the high costs of shipping, we reserve the right not to reimburse shipping costs associated with non-deliverable shipments due to customer error in address or availability. Address corrections for shipments in-transit by customers request will be subject to any associated carrier charges at time of request. What is my order status? And how long will it take to process my order
Once an order request has been received by us, you will receive an  e-mails from us regarding the processing of your order. You can obtain your order status directly at the Account order history with your order ID, (not the PayPal's transaction ID).

Your order goes through several steps before reaching your door. Here are those steps:
  • Step 1 Order-Status (Accept)
    (0 -1 business days): once order is made, item is get checking in our warehouse.
  • Step 2 Order-Status (Processing)
    (1-2 days): Order waits to get packaged.
  • Step 3 Order-Status (Shipped)
    (0-1 day): Order is packaged and ready to ship within 1 business days to carrier (e.g. Hong Kong Post, EMS, UPS etc).Order is enroute via EMS or Hong Kong Post.

  • Order-Status (Pending echeck uncleared)

Package not received 14 business days after shipment (Air Mail)

During public holidays and peak seasons, the delivery time might take longer. and the public holiday schedule is base one Hong Kong GOV. Once the item is confirmed to be returning or lost, we can arrange reshipment or refund. How long can I receive your refund

When will a replacement be sent

If I do not receive my order ID, or confirmation email what should I do
We send confirmation email to your account registered email address once you return to our site, and see the word "Your Order Has Been Processed!", In rare circumstances, a technical bug confirmed by PayPal can get in the way.
